Hi,

With the kernel 2.6.29.4 which is on the ISO 2.5 I don't have sound. It's on Sam440ep, and under Debian (I could not install X on Crux :-( )
When I use kernel 2.6.27, sound works.

Also note that when I boot Crux with 2.6.27, I reach the login prompt but can't type anything on the keyboard. It's either the keyboard which is not recognised (plugging it again doesn't change anything) or Crux is crashed.

on the ISO you can find only a bootkernel, you need to recompile it enabling sound support.
