 Post subject: Xfree and Keyboard

I finally got Crux up and running on my 233 imac CRT and was soo happy. alas it is never that easy though. i had a nasty keyboard problem but go it fix but now when i startx it seems that the keyboard is miss matched. none of the keys are right...any ideas?

you've generated the XF86Config file via 'xf86config' ?
if not, you should really do that and setup correctly your keymap :)

probably you've already done that... so you should verify that only one option into the XF86Config file specifies what keymap you're using :)

already done too? uhm... what keymap are you using?

use: Option "XkbModel" "pc105" instead of "macintosh"

new macs has an ordinary qwerty layout, greetings :-)
